Phil Suh, Military MBA Scholarship Winner 2008
Phil Suh, a West Point graduate, served the last five years as an officer in the US Army, working in leadership roles for a variety of organizations, including mobile communications, logistics, and information technology. He's managed a platoon of 40 personnel, logistics for a battalion of 500, and developed theater IT strategies for over 50,000. Adding to his global perspective are the several countries in which he's worked, including Belgium, Germany, Iraq and Kuwait. Phil is pursuing an MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management, and will begin classes in fall of 2008. His long-term goal is to work in the area of economic development of emerging countries.
