Admission Requirements:
Please visit the web site of the program in which you are interested for detailed information about admission requirements, the admission process, and how to submit application. Most applications to Marshall graduate degree programs require the following:

• A bachelor's degree equivalent to a four-year U.S. undergraduate degree from an accredited institution (regardless of field or major).
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of calculus.
• Completed application form.
• A nonrefundable application fee (a check or money order drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. currency and made payable to the University of Southern California).
• Responses to required essay questions.
• History of full- and part-time work experience or resume.
• One official transcript from the registrar of each college or university attended (undergraduate and postgraduate, if applicable) whether the degree was completed or not. If all college or postgraduate work has not been completed, transcripts must be sent again when work in progress is completed and the degree posted. Transcripts written in languages other than English must be accompanied by a certified English translation. Coursework from one institution reported as transfer credit on another school's transcript does not constitute an official record. These must be unopened. Certified English translations must be enclosed if the originals are not in English.
• Letters of recommendation.
• Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) scores. (Scores should be from tests taken within the last five years and must be sent directly from ETS. http://www.mba.com)
• International students who did not graduate from an American, British, Canadian or Australian college or university must submit a recent Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score. Test scores must be sent by the Educational Testing Service directly to USC. (http://www.TOEFL.com)

Description of Learning Environment for Students:
The Marshall School prepares men and women from around the world to lead global businesses of a new century and a new millennium, whether those enterprises are big or small, corporate or entrepreneurial.
