40 current students and alumni have backgrounds in the military: 26 Navy, 5 Army, 8 Marine Corps, 1 Air Force.
Admission Requirements
We are looking for innovative leaders determined to make an impact, in their career and their community. At the Rady School, we admit individuals, not numbers. Our admissions committee reviews each MBA application comprehensively to get to know you as an individual.
Several key criteria are assessed through the application and further explored in the admissions interview. In MBA candidates, we look for:
- Academic preparedness: Are you intellectually and academically prepared for the MBA curriculum?
- Readiness for the MBA: Where are you in your career? What are your aspirations and your potential to take on leadership roles and make an impact?
- Personal attributes critical for success: Do you demonstrate key attributes like personal integrity, communication skills, interpersonal and teamwork skills, initiative, creativity and leadership?

- Letters of Recommendation
No set weightings are applied to any particular aspects of the application process.

$40,350/year, California residents
$45,000/year, non-residents

FlexEvening MBA:

(Fees include course materials and textbooks, campus parking permits, meals and lodging during residentials. Health insurance is not included.)
FlexWeekend MBA:
$1025/credit
