Executive MBA in National Security

Program Description
Every day, America faces new global challenges and the role of leadership in the security industry has never been more essential.

Our Executive MBA in National Security transforms current and aspiring leaders from the military, government, and corporate defense sectors into business leaders who can provide mission-critical products and services and understand the unique demands of the dynamic national security sector.

In 16 months, you will acquire the core skills of an MBA with deep insights into national security and the government contracting business.

Our carefully designed hybrid curriculum will allow you to master a broad range of executive-level and decision-making skills while developing expert business-related knowledge of the national security environment. Classroom discussions, team projects, business simulations, business case analyses, executive coaching, and a D.C. residency all contribute to the creative learning environment, which is enhanced by the networking opportunities among your peers.

In partnership with Mason's Center for Government Contracting, we provide students with the unique opportunity to connect with the Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. national security and government contracting community.
