  2. Corporate Membership
    For $3,000/year, we provide the following employment services that feature our corporate members.
    • A corporate profile page developed for your company and posted on MilitaryMBA.net for officers and NCOs to review during your 12 months of membership. Our site is currently averaging 82,478 unique hits a month.
    • Updated lists of businesses, including your company, featured on our site which hire ex-military officers with MBA degrees.
    • Monthly employment newsletters with careers and job opportunities presented, which are sent to ex-officer MBAs that your company can use. These newsletters reach 15,575 points of referral via users who have registered on our site.
  3. Corporate Partnership
    Military MBA provides the following recruitment program available to corporate partners for $6,650/year, plus a five percent (5%) placement fee for each position that we fill.
    • Unlimited use of our referral network to recruit managers and executives for your company. The referral network consists of 890 registered professionals and affiliate sites that reach 15,575 job candidates with proven leadership experience and acquired business skills.
    • Top Quality Recruitment. According to a study by the Economist Intelligence Unit and Korn/Ferry Int'l., companies lead by CEOs who were formerly military officers delivered 30 percent higher ROI (over 3-to-5 year periods) compared to S&P 500 companies CEOs not having military experience.     • Savings on Placement Fees. According to the Wall Street Journal, corporate headhunters charge fees of 25 to 35 percent of a position's annual salary. Military MBA's five percent (5%) recruitment program will allow companies to realize cost savings in recruitment of at least 80 percent on placement fees.
    • Assurances. Five percent (5%) placement fees paid by companies are only released to our referral associates after an escrow period of 90 days. This allows our corporate partners enough time to carefully select and thoroughly evaluate each new hire.
    • Control Ongoing Recruitment Costs. We offer both a 3-year and 5-year corporate partnership recruitment program that rate protects your company against annual increases and saves your company additional recruitment dollars. The 3-year program costs $5,650/year (a savings of an additional 20 percent over 3 years) and our 5-year plan, which lowers your annual fee to $4,985/year (a savings of an additional 35 percent over 5 years). Under either contract plan your company continues to pay a flat five percent (5%) referral fee for each new placement you hire which is filled by our referral network.
