Description of Learning Environment for Students:
Excitement and opportunities abound in the MBA program, driven by a close-knit student body that pro-actively designs and embraces life outside of the classroom. Education centers and entrepreneurship resources create an environment conducive to venture creation while an extensive group of clubs and organizations allows students to pursue their existing interests and broaden their view of the world. Each person brings a unique perspective to Babson and much of the learning that takes place in the program is a result of personal interactions between students and faculty outside of the classroom. Babson students not only focus on developing their minds and resumes, but also place a priority on the traditional social events such as Pub Night or the annual ski trip. MBA's also gather at athletic facilities for games of squash or basketball and have the opportunity to challenge local business schools through intramurals. Although the integrated curriculum serves as the foundation of the Babson experience, the relationships and opportunities beyond the classroom are what truly set the program apart. There is a spirit and enthusiasm encompassing the MBA community that stays with students long after graduation.

Faculty:
While Babson's integrated curriculum creates a unique framework for our MBA coursework, it is the professors who infuse the energy and experience that bring the academic programs to life. The faculty includes seasoned corporate executives, visionary entrepreneurs, and academic thought leaders. All are eager to share their knowledge and willing to expand their views through discussions with students. Professors truly care about students' growth and are accessible outside of the classroom to discuss course material, career aspirations, or individual interests. In the free flowing environment of Olin Hall, faculty regularly engage students in the cafÈ or strike up conversations on the main staircase. This strong connection between professors and students creates an interactive and supportive MBA community.
